Key Responsibilities

• Execute formulation development for new products, focusing on innovation and manufacturability.
• Prepare and manage master documents, such as MFCs, stability protocols, and product development reports.
• Conduct and support literature searches, and compile experimental data for decision-making.
• Compile, interpret, and review analytical and stability data.
• Ensure adherence to good laboratory practices, documentation standards, and maintain records.
• Participate in writing and reviewing protocols and validation plans.
• Coordinate with external partners and CROs/CDMOs, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and EHS standards.
• Prepare and process department SOPs and support regulatory license applications.
• Troubleshoot and conduct investigations related to product development and manufacturing.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: M.Pharm or Ph.D. in Pharmacy.
• Experience: 3-7 years in formulation development and product scale-up, preferably with experience in the US pharmaceutical market.
• Preferred Skills: Expertise in oral dosage and injectable formulations, with experience in working with CROs/CDMOs.
• Global Product Development experience is an asset.
