Key Responsibilities
- Respond to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and payers.
- Evaluate medical literature and create accurate, evidence-based responses.
- Handle adverse events and product complaints during customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with FDA post-marketing adverse event reporting regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of client-specific products and therapeutic areas.
- Collaborate with departments like Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs for product complaints.
- Provide exceptional documentation and customer service.
- Uphold diversity, equity, and inclusion in daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Pharm.D, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or other Life Sciences degrees.
- Skills:
- Strong clinical background.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in English (spoken, read, and written).
- Strong documentation abilities.
