Job Responsibilities: As an AR Trainee in the Medical Billing (Voice Process) team, you will be responsible for:
- Handling voice-based calls related to medical billing.
- Assisting in the verification and collection of accounts receivable.
- Managing patient data and ensuring accuracy in billing details.
- Coordinating with healthcare providers to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Communicating with clients and patients to ensure timely payments.
Job Qualifications: To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A graduation degree is mandatory (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- A willingness to work in a night shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM).
- Candidates must be based in Nagpur or willing to relocate (Work-from-office requirement).
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills to handle client calls professionally.
- Basic knowledge of medical billing concepts is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work in a night shift.
