Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site monitoring of clinical trials as per GCP and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure protocol compliance and accuracy of clinical data.
• Collaborate with site investigators and clinical teams to ensure smooth study execution.
• Prepare and maintain study documents and monitoring reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in on-site clinical trial monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
