• Education: Pharmacy Graduate (B.Pharm) + MBA
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in handling international business, specifically in East Africa.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Market Expansion:
   • Achieve sales targets and execute growth plans for the East Africa region.
   • Develop strategies to expand market share and penetrate untapped territories.
2. Partnership Development:
   • Identify and negotiate partnerships with key stakeholders.
3. Operational Coordination:
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and logistics, for seamless operations.
4. Market Research and Reporting:
   • Conduct market research and provide insights on market trends, sales performance, and competitor activities.
5. Travel and Networking:
   • Travel extensively to meet clients, attend trade shows, and explore growth opportunities.
6. New Product Launches:
   • Drive the launch of new products, develop business plans, and enhance brand presence in the region.
