As a Trainee Clinical Data Coordinator, you will play an integral role in performing and overseeing data management activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality data that meets client and project needs. You will work within regulatory and quality standards, helping maintain data accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic data review and resolve data clarifications as directed by the Data Operations Coordinator.
- Conduct quality control procedures to ensure high standards.
- Meet personal project objectives and deadlines as assigned by the manager.
- Escalate issues and challenges to the Data Operations Coordinator or Group Manager when necessary.
- Understand and adhere to core operating procedures, Data Management Plan, and working instructions.
- Develop a fundamental understanding of database structures and assist in maintaining them.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships within the Clinical Data Management (CDM) team and with other stakeholders.

- Essential:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
