Key Responsibilities
Joining our PR&D team will provide you the chance to work on a variety of exciting and demanding projects, such as:
- Proficiency in Organic Chemistry: Utilize your extensive understanding of fundamental and sophisticated organic chemistry to create effective synthetic pathways. Your proficiency with multi-step synthesis and functional group conversion will be essential to our projects.
- Managing Pyrophoric Reactions: Make use of your proficiency in the safe and efficient management of pyrophoric reactions.
- Optimize Synthetic pathways: Determine and refine synthetic pathways from gram to kilogram scale for the production of New Chemical Entities (NCEs). You will be responsible for the synthesis, purification, and characterization of new intermediates.
- Batch Management: Oversee batches of various sizes to guarantee consistent, high-caliber outcomes.
- Documentation: To promote transparency and reproducibility in research, keep accurate records of experiments, observations, and pertinent data in laboratory books.
Qualifications
For Jubilant Biosys to consider you for a Research Associate or Senior Research Associate post in PR&D, you must have:
- Educational Background: It is necessary to have an Organic Chemistry Master’s degree (MSc).
- Experience: two to six years of experience developing processes and doing chemical synthesis.
