As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will serve as a key link between institutions, clinicians, caregivers, and patients, ensuring precise and timely diagnostic testing. This role emphasizes maintaining data integrity and effective communication to support specialized clinical genomics and diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication between patients and clinicians.
- Coordinate with institutions for seamless service delivery.
- Drive awareness of specialized products via online channels or presentations.
- Manage feedback from patients and clinicians.
- Provide patient counseling in collaboration with clinicians.
- Handle research and commercial inquiries.
- Organize and report on multi-disciplinary team meetings with consultants.
- Oversee logistics, including sample collection and routing.
- Review and deliver reports with accuracy.
- Manage fiduciary responsibilities for collected samples.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent management and organizational abilities.
- Problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in teamwork and collaboration.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
