Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Director. The role includes managing day-to-day operations, communication, and coordination for the Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Organize and manage the Director’s calendar and arrange meetings.
  • Plan and coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
  • Supervise clerical staff performance.
  • Handle office supplies inventory and act as office manager.
  • Prepare and format communication materials such as memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
  • Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Screen phone calls and handle correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system.
