Position: Senior Consultant – Quality and Patient Safety
Organization: National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC)
Location: New Delhi
Salary: ₹90,000 to ₹1,50,000 per month
About NHSRC:
The NHSRC is a technical support organization under the National Health Mission, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, dedicated to strengthening health systems and providing technical assistance to the Ministry and States.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Mentor and support the Quality and Patient Safety (QPS) team.
- Review literature and program guidelines to enhance measurement systems (NQAS, LaQshya, MusQan, Kayakalp, and Patient Safety Tool).
- Draft quality initiatives and support states in implementing standards.
- Develop resource materials and conduct trainings in States/UTs.
- Analyze key performance and outcome indicators to identify and address gaps.
- Work in the Certification unit as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Essential:
- B.Pharm degree with a full-time Postgraduate degree in Hospital Management/Public Health.
- 5 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in implementing National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) at the National/State level.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Age Limit:
Candidates must be 50 years or younger as of the application date.
