Responsibilities in Job

Piramal Pharma Limited is hiring qualified professionals to fill key roles in its Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) departments. The positions available come with varied responsibilities tailored to each role’s requirements:

1. QC – Sr. Executive/Dy. Manager – RM/FG/Stability/AMV
As a Senior Executive or Deputy Manager in QC, your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing various analyses using advanced QC instruments such as HPLC, GC, LCMS, UV Spectrophotometer, KF, and more.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to laboratory instruments.
• Leading investigations related to lab incidents, Out of Specification (OOS), and Out of Trend (OOT).
• Ensuring regulatory compliance, with a preference for familiarity with USFDA and MHRA standards.

2. IPQA – Executive / Sr. Executive
As an Executive or Senior Executive in IPQA, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the manufacturing processes in the Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) unit.
• Ensuring strict adherence to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory standards.
• Monitoring critical process parameters to ensure quality consistency.
• Managing quality management systems, including incidents, deviations, and change controls.

3. QA – Executive / Dy. Manager – Process Validation/Technology Transfer/Documentation/Equipment Qualification/Computer System Validation
In the QA department, as an Executive or Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing process validation, technology transfer, and cleaning validation procedures.
• Preparing Annual Product Review (APR) reports and conducting risk assessments.
• Ensuring the qualification of manufacturing equipment, utilities (HVAC, water system), and computer system validation.
• Keeping up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualification Requirements

Piramal Pharma is seeking candidates with the following educational qualifications for all positions:

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. (Chemistry)

Each position also has its respective experience requirements:

• QC – Sr. Executive/Dy. Manager: 4-9 years of relevant experience in quality control.
• IPQA – Executive / Sr. Executive: 2-7 years of relevant experience in IPQA roles.
• QA – Executive / Dy. Manager: 3-9 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or related fields.

Skills and Competencies

For all positions, candidates must possess a solid understanding of pharmaceutical quality control and assurance, alongside the following competencies:

• Proficiency in Laboratory Instruments: The ability to operate advanced QC instruments like HPLC, GC, LCMS, and UV Spectrophotometer.
