Job Title: Senior Research Associate
What You Will Do:
- Follow safety rules and good manufacturing practices (cGMP).
- Perform and manage chemical reactions in the lab.
- Think creatively and conduct research to solve problems.
- Communicate your findings and any issues to colleagues and clients.
- Prepare reports and handle requests for project information.
- Lead and train other scientists as needed.
- Keep the lab clean and safe.
What We Need from You:
- Education: Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related field.
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in a lab, especially with organic reactions and process development.
- Skills: Ability to research, troubleshoot processes, and follow safety standards.
- Communication: Good at both speaking and writing to share results and updates.
- Leadership: Experience in guiding and teaching other scientists.
- Safety: Knowledgeable about lab safety protocols.
