Responsibilities in Job
- carrying out stability management, qualification, and validation.
supervising the development of the APQR, documentation, and artwork.
coordinating AQA/IPQA and vendor audit documentation.
Department of Production: - ensuring adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS).
managing the coating operations and other production processes.
Department of Packing: - controlling the packing processes, both primary and secondary.
Department of PPMC: - carrying out material monitoring and production planning.
Department of Engineering (Plant Maintenance): - directing facility upkeep and guaranteeing effectiveness of operations.
Department of ADL: - managing routine analysis, AMV/AMD, and documentation.
Qualification
QA Department:
- Education: M.Sc., B.Sc., M.Pharma
Experience: three to eight years working with the USFDA OSD.
Regarding the Production Division: - Education: M.Pharma/B.Pharma
2–5 years of experience working in a USFDA OSD facility.
Regarding the Packing Department: - Education: M.Pharma/B.Pharma
2–4 years of experience working in a USFDA OSD facility.
Regarding the PPMC Department: - Experience: five to eight years.
For the Department of Engineering (Plant Maintenance): - Experience: five to eight years.
Regarding the ADL Department: - Education: M.Sc., B.Sc., M.Pharma
Experience: three to eight years.
Skills
- Proficiency in Validation, Qualification, Stability Management, and Documentation is essential for QA roles.
