Responsibilities in Each Role
- Help with the quality control procedures to guarantee adherence to industry norms.
Assist the quality control team in examining and evaluating raw materials, samples used during production, and final goods.
Acquire knowledge about and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other legal requirements. - Officer/Senior Executive/Executive-QC
Keep an eye on, carry out, and verify accurate paperwork for quality control testing.
Take the lead in looking into quality problems and putting remedial measures in place.
Collaborate with other departments to find solutions for quality-related issues. - Granulation and coating during production Operator: Run and maintain coating and granulation machinery. Keep an eye on the production process to make sure that protocols and quality standards are being followed.
- Officer/Executive – Production: Oversee and plan out the actions involved in production. Make sure all production procedures are effective, and address any problems that may come up while producing.
- Chief Officer/Senior Executive – Analytical Development: Create and verify analytical techniques for product evaluation. Conduct in-depth studies and offer technical assistance for quality control and product development.
- Take part in formulation research and development efforts as an officer or executive in FR&D. To satisfy consumer demands, create new formulas and enhance current ones.
Experience and Qualifications
Trainee in Quality Control: B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Fresher)
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm with two to six years of experience in quality control as an officer, executive, or senior executive in quality control.
- Production – Operator for Granulation and Coating: Any Undergraduate or Graduate with three to five years of production operations experience.
- With 0–4 years of production experience, B.Pharm or M.Pharm is an officer or executive in the production department.
- 3-5 years of experience in analytical development as an officer, executive, or senior executive in the field of analytical development; B.Pharm or M.Pharm.
- Officer/Executive-FR&D: B.Pharm or M.Pharm, two to five years of formulation research and development expertise.
Skills
- Quality Control Roles include analytical abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with QC procedures and laws.
- manufacturing roles require adherence to safety procedures, problem-solving skills, and technical knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Analytical Development: Expertise in data interpretation, method development, and analytical procedures.
- FR&D: Strong analytical abilities, familiarity with drug development procedures, and inventiveness in formulation design.
