The Research Investigator position at Syngene International Ltd. is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, within the BBRC PD ARD – CDAS Facing Analytical department. The role involves conducting routine analysis of in-process and isolated samples for early intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) using chromatographic and wet analytical techniques. The position also includes method development and qualification, data interpretation, electronic lab notebook documentation, and preparation of scientific presentations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting analytical testing and developing methods for chemical development and API supply.
- Leading or contributing to lab or project workflows.
- Supervising subordinates for timely project completion and preparing periodic reports for internal and external clients.
- Presenting scientific findings at internal meetings.
Educational Requirements: A Ph.D. is required.
Experience: 0-2 years with a Ph.D. and a strong background in analytical chemistry.
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Proficiency in analytical techniques and data interpretation.
- Knowledge of GxP documentation standards.
- Strong skills in MS Office tools and electronic documentation.
