Responsibilities in the Executive Human Resources Job

As an Executive in Human Resources at SynSmart, you will play a key role in various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive work culture. Here are the core responsibilities of the role:

  1. Talent Acquisition: You will be responsible for identifying the talent needs of the company and sourcing suitable candidates across different departments. Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand the job requirements and attracting top talent.
  2. Onboarding: Managing the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the company. This includes handling payroll, setting up workstations, and ensuring PF-ESIC interfaces are efficiently managed.
  3. Employee Relations: Assist in resolving employee relations issues, providing support to ensure a harmonious and positive work environment that enhances employee satisfaction and productivity.
  4. Performance Management: Support the performance management cycle by guiding managers on goal setting, feedback, and conducting performance evaluations. Your contribution will be instrumental in helping employees reach their full potential.
  5. Data Analysis and Reporting: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining monthly HR-MIS reports and dashboards. These reports will provide valuable insights for discussion with the management team, aiding in decision-making processes.

Qualifications for the Executive Human Resources Role

To be considered for the Executive Human Resources role at SynSmart, candidates must meet the following educational qualifications and experience requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or HR certification is considered a plus.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience is required. Candidates with experience in CRO (Contract Research Organization) or similar industries are preferred.
