Role Overview: Manager, Supply Chain
In this pivotal role, the Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for securing supply chains for Third Party finished goods in regulatory markets while considering total costs of supply. You will ensure an efficient flow of information between suppliers and markets while collaborating closely with various internal departments to optimize supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of Purchase Orders while managing key planning parameters to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders such as packaging materials management, transport management, and quality departments.
- Supplier Engagement: Independently conduct discussions with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and resolution of supply issues.
- Data Management: Regularly review and maintain accurate supply master data, such as lead times and safety stock requirements.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor supply performance against KPIs and identify improvement trends, recommending corrective action plans as necessary.
- Customer Service Oversight: Manage customer service levels, warehousing (AW) changes, and inventory levels to maintain market stock within predefined limits.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, Teva seeks candidates who fulfill the following criteria:
- Educational Background: BE, M.Pharm, or MBA Operations. APICS certification is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of Supply Chain experience, with at least 2 years in an international business environment and 5 years of working with SAP.
- Pharmaceutical Knowledge: A solid understanding of pharmaceutical business operations is essential.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
- Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical capabilities coupled with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Project Management: Experience in transformation projects, particularly with IBP and SAP ECC, is highly regarded.
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders and work effectively in collaborative environments..
