Key Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Drive new opportunities and educate target customers about Pharma Analytics solutions.
- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve Annual Operating Plans (AOP).
- Customer Engagement:
- Represent Pharma Analytics in pre-sales activities, coordinating product demonstrations, and facilitating customer adoption.
- Collaborate with Bioproduction Account Managers (BAMs) to strategize account growth.
- Market Intelligence & Collaboration:
- Monitor trends, competitors, and account developments.
- Work closely with Regional Marketing and Field Application Scientists (FAS) to deliver training and workshops.
- Sales Operations:
- Manage Salesforce.com records, technical meetings, and product evaluations.
- Provide product sampling support and resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly.
Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- Master’s in Biotechnology or related field with molecular biology expertise (qPCR/RT-PCR, NGS, Sanger Sequencing, etc.).
- Technical Skills:
- Deep knowledge of downstream process analytics and bioproduction quality control workflows.
- Sales Expertise:
- 6+ years of experience in bioproduction-focused sales, particularly molecular biology techniques.
- Proficient in value-selling and engaging decision-makers.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, independent work ethic, and solution-oriented mindset.
