About TIGS:
TIGS, established in 2017, is a non-profit research institute dedicated to addressing challenges in human health and agriculture. By leveraging cutting-edge science and technology in genetics and genomics, TIGS aims to tackle significant societal issues in India, particularly focusing on health equity and nutrition security. Research programs are concentrated in three main areas: Infectious Diseases, Rare Genetic Disorders, and Crop Improvement.

Role Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our Crop Improvement division, focusing on “Nutrition Security and Mutation Breeding.” The selected candidates will support nutritional quantification of rice and other grains. Experience with HPLC/UPLC is a plus for one of the positions.

Essential Qualifications:

• M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Plant Sciences, Plant Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
• For one position, preference will be given to candidates with research experience in HPLC/UPLC.

Duration: Initially for one year.
