Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the acquisition of documentary standards in South Asia. This role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders and supporting the acquisition of materials from donors in India for monograph development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee monograph acquisition efforts in the South Asia region.
  • Develop relationships with key contacts in India for obtaining documentary and reference materials.
  • Support donor recognition initiatives and educate sponsors on USP processes.
  • Deliver monograph materials efficiently to relevant teams.
  • Assist the Procurement Team in sourcing free materials for development efforts.
  • Mentor donations staff in standards acquisition activities.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or Biological Sciences; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years in relevant fields, with at least 7 years in technical roles and 5 years in customer-facing positions.
  • Skills:
    • Understanding of pharmacopeia and compendial standards.
    • Familiarity with project management, KPIs, and business analytics.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce and Oracle EBS is a plus.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
