Responsibilities in the Job
We at VNAI are looking for skilled people to work in our production, quality control, research and development, and environmental health and safety departments in a variety of jobs. An overview of what to anticipate in these roles is as follows:
Production: Manage and keep an eye on the manufacturing procedures to guarantee the best possible API production quality. Maintain and operate machinery, follow safety procedures, and strive for maximum production efficiency.
QC/QA: Make sure our products fulfill the necessary requirements by carrying out thorough testing and quality assurance procedures. Establish and oversee quality control procedures and make sure that all legal criteria are met.
R&D/AR&D: Conduct state-of-the-art research to create novel formulations and enhance current procedures. Work together as a team to come up with creative solutions to challenging drug development issues.
SRP/ETP Technicians: Assist with the upkeep and management of other vital technical systems, including effluent treatment plants. Assure adherence to environmental laws and preserve operational effectiveness.
EHS Officers: To guarantee a safe workplace, implement and oversee environmental health and safety initiatives. To stay in compliance with regulations, do risk assessments, safety audits, and training sessions.
Qualification
We are seeking applicants who meet the following requirements:
- B.Pharmacy for jobs involving quality assurance and control, or M.Pharmacy in PA&QA.
- For positions in research and development as well as quality control, an MSc in Organic/Analytical Chemistry or a BSc in Chemistry is required.
- It is preferred to have 0–8 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
