Job Responsibilities
Your primary duties as an Executive or Senior Executive in the Manufacturing section will be:
- Line Management: Direct and coordinate the production line operations for injectable goods.
- Aseptic Operations: To guarantee product sterility and quality, keep up a fundamental awareness of aseptic operations.
- Understanding of CIP and SIP procedures: Utilize your understanding of CIP and SIP procedures.
- Machine Control: To maintain ideal line speed and efficiency, make the necessary adjustments to the machine’s parameters.
- Production Accuracy: Make sure that production and packaging changes are made accurately and on time.
- Work space Maintenance: Prior to and following shifts, clean the work space and clean the equipment.
- Troubleshooting: To keep equipment functioning, perform small repairs and basic troubleshooting.
- Product Handling: In order to preserve production quality, discard any defective goods or supplies.
Qualification and Skills
In order to qualify for this position, applicants must possess:
- Educational Requirements: Mechanical Engineering B.Tech, B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm., or B.Pharm.
- Experience: three to seven years of relevant manufacturing-related experience.
Skills:
- Expertise in overseeing production line operations.
- a basic understanding of CIP/SIP procedures and aseptic techniques.
- Capacity to do routine maintenance and modify machine parameters.
- capacity to maintain a clean work environment and carry out simple troubleshooting.
