Responsibilities in Job
- Shift Incharge / Executive – Production: Manage shift operations, supervise production activities, make ensuring safety and quality standards are followed, and oversee a group of production employees.
- Associates / Senior Associates – manufacturing: Help with manufacturing procedures, keep an eye on machinery, guarantee product quality, and notify higher-ups of any problems.
- Executive (Health & Safety): Carry out safety audits, enforce adherence to safety rules, and put health and safety policies into action.
- Senior Associates / Executives in Environmental Affairs: Supervise waste management procedures, guarantee adherence to environmental rules, and manage environmental compliance.
- Fixed Term Trainees: Participate in daily operations, support production activities, and acquire practical experience in a range of production tasks.
- Apprentices: Help with production duties, get on-the-job training, and obtain real-world experience in the chemical business.
Qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of experience as a BE (Chemical) shift in charge or executive in production.
- Associates / Sr. Associates – Production: Diploma in Chemicals, M.Sc / B.Sc in Chemistry with 4 to 6 years of experience.
- Executive (Health & Safety): BE/Diploma (Chemicals), five to eight years of experience, and PDIS certification.
- Sr. Associates / Executive (Environment): BE/M.Sc in Environment with 5 to 8 years of experience.
- Set Duration Trainees: New graduates with an ITI AOCP, an M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Chemistry, or a Diploma in Chemicals.
- Apprentices: New graduates with an ITI AOCP, an M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Chemistry, or a Diploma in Chemicals.
Skills
- Production roles require a strong grasp of chemical processes, meticulousness, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities.
- Health and Safety: Possession of superior analytical abilities, familiarity with safety standards, and competence in carrying out safety audits.
- Environment: Proficiency in sustainable methods, waste management, and environmental compliance.
