  • Or PhD in a relevant field
• Experience:
  • 10+ years in business development in the Generic Pharma Industry
  • Emphasis on out-licensing and in-licensing in Europe and Canada markets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor global, Europe, and Canadian markets for new product opportunities (branded and generic).
• Execute out-licensing activities for approved and in-development projects, including financial modeling.
• Lead in-licensing of late-stage, high-value products from regulated markets.
• Generate leads, cold call prospective customers, and meet potential partners face-to-face or virtually.
• Negotiate deal terms, prepare term sheets, and execute contracts.
• Manage new and existing projects aligned with the company’s business development strategies.
• Expand into new geographical markets and pursue out-licensing contracts.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to optimize the product selection process.
