Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to drive brand growth and launch market-driven products. This role involves gathering insights from Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), developing and executing new product launch plans, conducting effective sales force training, and implementing market research strategies to enhance brand performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Generate and prioritize new product ideas from KOL interactions, prepare business cases, analyze market and competitor data, and manage branding aspects for timely product launches that meet market needs.
  • Marketing Planning: Prepare product launch materials, coordinate launch meetings, train the sales team, and track product performance during the first 12 months.
  • Brand Performance Review: Gather market insights, identify key issues, and implement action plans to maintain optimal brand performance, including conducting market research for brand positioning.
  • KOL Engagement: Interact with KOLs, conduct fieldwork for insights, update them on product value, and compile product evidence and clinical reports to build strong relationships and drive growth.
  • Supply Chain Management: Monitor product quantities, share new product plans with the SCM team, and address any supply issues to ensure product availability.
  • Feedback Collection: Meet with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to gather feedback, develop region-specific strategies, and incorporate regional needs into product plans.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Science/Pharma/Medical Graduate with an MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • Experience: 3-6 years in sales and 1-2 years in marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and ability to interpret data.
    • Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities to tackle regulatory and market access challenges.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
    • Proven ability to build and leverage relationships.
    • Adaptability and change management skills.
    • Creative and analytical thinker.
