Qualifications & Experience

Essential Qualification:

1. B. Pharmacy from a recognized institute OR
2. 10+2 with Science stream (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) from a recognized board.

Technical Qualification:

• Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India.
• Registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.

Selection and Reservation

1. Selection Criteria: Based on prescribed norms and job requirements.
2. Reservation: As per Government of India rules.
3. Deductions: Statutory deductions like ESI and EPF will be made as per rules.

• Preference for local candidates and those already working in similar departments.

   • General/OBC/Ex-Serviceman/Women: Rs. 885/- (Rs. 590/- extra for each additional post)
   • SC/ST/EWS/PH: Rs. 531/- (Rs. 354/- extra for each additional post)

2. Register Online:
   • Step 1: Select Advertisement Number.
   • Step 2: Enter Basic Details.
   • Step 3: Enter Education Details/Work Experience.
   • Step 4: Upload scanned Photo, Signature, Birth Certificate/10th Certificate, and Caste Certificate.
   • Step 5: Application Preview or Modify.
   • Step 6: Payment Online Mode.
   • Step 7: Email scanned documents to the email ID mentioned on the last page of the application form.

Important Notes

1. Document Upload: Upload all documents supporting educational qualifications and experience.
2. Online Payment Only: No other mode of payment will be accepted.
3. Communication: All communications will be made through registered email or mobile number.
4. No TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided for attending tests or interviews.
5. No Modifications Post Submission: Review the application form carefully before final submission as no modifications are allowed afterward.
6. Shortlisted Candidates: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the skill test/selection process.
7. Print Application Form: Retain a printed copy of the application form for future reference.

Terms and Conditions

1. Age Relaxation: As per rules for SC/OBC/PWD candidates.
2. Contract Basis: The position is temporary and on a contract basis.
3. Right to Accept/Reject: The Director reserves the right to accept/reject any application without explanation.
4. Documentation: Age, qualifications, and other criteria will be verified during the interview.
5. Termination Notice: The appointment can be terminated with a one-month notice from either side.
6. Non-Eligibility for Permanent Post: Temporary contract staff cannot claim permanent positions.
7. Leave and Other Benefits: Project staff are entitled to leave as per recruitment rules. Other allowances like CCA, LTC, Medical Claim, and PF are not applicable.
8. Document Verification: Selected candidates must bring original certificates (educational qualifications, experience, Aadhaar card, community and PH certificates) and a passport size photograph for verification at the time of appointment.
9. Employment Conditions: Same as for other project staff on contract basis.
10. No Canvassing: Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification.
