1 Production Department (QMS: Quality Management System)
- Position: Senior Officer / Executive
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 5–8 years
- Responsibilities:
- Manage QMS activities, such as deviations, incidents, and investigations.
- Prepare and review protocol.
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain critical control points (CCPs).
2 Quality Assurance Department (IPQA, In-Process Quality Assurance)
- Designation: Officer / Senior Officer
- Qualification: B.Pharm
- Experience: 2–4 years
- Responsibilities include conducting in-process checks in the manufacturing and packing sectors.
- Review the Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
3 Packing Department
- Designation: Officer
- Qualification: B.Sc./B.Pharm.
- Experience: 2–4 years
- Responsibilities: Supervise bulk and blister packing lines.
- Packing Department (Technician/Operator)
4 Packing Department Technician (Operator)
- Qualification: SSC, HSC, BA, or ITI
- Experience: 1–2 years
- Responsibilities: Operate main and secondary bottle packing machines.
Required skills:
- Excellent understanding of pharmaceutical production procedures.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Compliance Protocols.
