Position Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Data Associate II to support the day-to-day operations of data management projects. This role involves providing in-house data entry support and administrative assistance to Clinical Data Managers (CDMs) in compliance with GCDMP guidelines, local regulatory requirements, and Novotech/Client SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry of clinical trial data using Clinical Data Management software.
- Assist in the review of data queries for communication with sponsor companies and monitoring staff.
- Track CRF pages received and entered, and monitor data queries sent, received, and entered.
- Support the CDM with database testing and edit checks as necessary.
- Aid in data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation of external data.
- Develop and maintain effective communication and working relationships with lead CDMs.
- Assist CDM in generating reports, listings, and other outputs as required.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or life sciences-related field. Relevant experience or qualifications in allied professions may also be considered.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the research or pharmaceutical industry, or a related field.
