Position Details
Role: Senior Research Associate – Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience Required: 2-5 years in ADC chemistry, preferably in the CRO industry
Qualifications: M.Sc/M.Pharm in Organic Chemistry
Key Responsibilities
- Synthesis and Purification:
- Conduct synthesis of complex ADC molecules.
- Develop and synthesize various linkers using both natural and unnatural amino acids, as well as PEGs.
- Synthesize high-potency drug molecules (payloads).
- Purify large and complex molecules using flash chromatography and HPLC.
- Characterization:
- Interpret and characterize high molecular weight compounds.
- Safety Protocols:
- Adhere to and contribute to safety practices and protocols.
- Complete mandatory training on data integrity, health, and safety.

- Strong manual dexterity and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
