Eligibility Criteria for Associate Professor (Pharmacy)
To qualify for this Associate Professor Pharmacy job, candidates must meet the following essential and desirable qualifications:
Essential Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- A Ph.D. degree with a Master’s in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in a relevant specialization from a recognized institute, OR a Ph.D. with Pharma D.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in teaching or research at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent grade in a recognized institution.
- Registration: Must be registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948 (as amended).
Desirable Qualifications
- 6 years of teaching, industrial research, or professional experience in a recognized organization.
- Published works such as research papers, patents, books, or technical reports.
- Experience guiding postgraduate/research students or supervising R&D projects in the industry.
Deputation Eligibility
Candidates holding analogous posts on a regular basis or with 5 years of regular service in Pay Level-11 under Central/State Government, meeting the above qualifications, are eligible to apply.
Age Limit
Not exceeding 56 years.
