Position: Management Trainee

Location: Stelis Biopharma Corporate Office, Bengaluru
Qualification: MBA in Marketing/Business Operations

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analyze the CDMO landscape, focusing on Biologics/Biosimilars and Small Molecules.
• Utilize databases, news articles, and other resources to generate leads for potential business and emerging technologies.
• Engage with leads to present Stelis’ One Source Capabilities.
• Assist in developing Business Development market plans across various territories to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.
• Provide management updates using Excel and PowerPoint on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis.
• Support the execution of confidentiality agreements and the arrangement of meetings and conferences.
• Maintain and update all Business Development leads and opportunities on a daily basis.
