Responsibilities in the Job

• Chemical Synthesis Plant – Unit-3: As a part of the chemical synthesis team, you will be responsible for the operation of high-potency isolators and managing the safe handling of high-potency active pharmaceutical ingredients (HPAPI).
• Peptide Synthesis: Involved in the process of peptide synthesis, working with advanced techniques like HPLC (DAC) and Lyophilization.
• Ensure quality control by strictly following industry regulations and safety guidelines.
• Participate in troubleshooting and optimizing processes for better productivity and efficiency.
• Documentation and reporting of all activities, ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Qualifications

• Education:
  • Diploma in Chemical Engineering
  • B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry
  • B.Tech / B.E in Chemical Engineering
• Experience:
  • HPAPI: 3-8 years of hands-on experience in isolator operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Peptide Synthesis: 3-8 years of experience in peptide synthesis, HPLC (DAC), and Lyophilization.

Skills Required

• In-depth understanding of chemical processes and equipment used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proficiency in handling high-potency active pharmaceutical ingredients.
• Experience with advanced peptide synthesis and analytical techniques such as HPLC and Lyophilization.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring adherence to GMP standards.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and effectively communicate with colleagues.
