Job Description:

Applications are invited by the Jogulamba Gadwal District Selection Committee headed by the District Collector & District Magistrate Jogulamba Gadwal from eligible applicants for the following vacant posts under different programmes:

Positions:

1. Pharmacist under NUHM
   • Unit Name: UPHC
   • Number of Posts: 2
   • Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 27,300/-
2. Pharmacist under RBSK
   • Unit Name: MHT
   • Number of Posts: 2
   • Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 27,300/-

Qualifications:

• Intermediate
• D.Pharmacy
• Recognized with Pharmacy Council Registration

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 46 years (as on 01-07-2024)
• Relaxations:
  • SCs, STs, BCs & EWS: 5 years
  • Ex-servicemen: 3 years + length of service in armed forces
  • NCC Instructors: 3 years + length of service in NCC
  • Physically challenged persons: 10 years

Selection Process:

• Recruitment will be done by the District Selection Committee.
• Selection based on merit.
• Merit list will be prepared based on 90 marks from qualifying examination and 10 marks for age (0.5 marks per completed year from 18 years of age, up to a maximum of 10 marks).

  • Latest Community Certificate/EWC Certificate/Ex-Servicemen/NCC/Physically Handicapped Certificate
  • Study certificates from 4th class to 10th class or residence certificate from the Tahsildar/MRO
  • PH certificate (if applicable)
  • Relevant certificates for Ex-servicemen quota
  • Registration Certificate from the concerned Medical/Nursing/Para Medical Board/Other relevant authority
  • One photograph pasted on the application form
  • Rs. 300/- Demand Draft in the name of the DM&HO Jogulamba Gadwal (SC/STs/PH candidates exempted)

General Information:

• The District Collector reserves the right to change/modify/cancel the selection process.
• The mode of appointment is on contract or outsourcing basis for 1 year or until the actual need ceases, whichever is earlier.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending interviews.
• Appointees will work under the administrative control of CH&FW and MD, NHM.TS, Hyderabad.
• Termination notice period: 30 days from either side.
• Posts are temporary and not permanent/regular Government posts.
• The panel of candidates will be utilized for future vacancies for up to one year.
• Selected candidates will be informed through email/official communication and may need to perform tours.
• Performance will be evaluated periodically and will impact extension/termination of service.
