Position: Pharmacist

Location: Haryana State Control Society (HSACS), Panchkula

Essential Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institute OR Diploma in Pharmacy.
• Must be registered with the State Pharmacy Council.

Desirable:

• Candidates from HIV infected and affected communities, as well as key communities, are encouraged to apply.

Experience:

• Relevant years of experience for diploma holders.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Salary: Rs. 21,000/- per month (consolidated)

Age Limit: 18-42 years (as per Haryana Government Policy)

Contract Details:

• The position is purely on a contract basis for a fixed tenure, initially up to 31.03.2025, extendable subject to further administrative approval and performance.

• Application form (Annexure-A) completed in all respects along with photocopies of essential qualification certificates and other relevant documents (attested/self-attested) must be submitted through registered post/by hand to:
  District Health and Family Welfare Society, O/o, Civil Surgeon, A-Block, 5th Floor, Sector -06, Panchkula
• Deadline: 10.07.2024 by 4:00 PM. Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will be rejected.

Selection Criteria:

1. Written Test: 60 Marks
2. Essential Qualification: 25 Marks
3. Higher Qualification in relevant subject: 5 Marks
4. Experience (one mark per year, max 5 marks): 5 Marks
5. Residence of the District: 5 Marks
   • Total: 100 Marks

Important Instructions:

1. Only candidates from Haryana with a valid domicile certificate should apply.
2. Hindi/Sanskrit should have been passed up to Matric level.
3. Eligible candidates will be called for a written test. Check the Health Department, Haryana website and Haryana State AIDS Control Society website for updates.
4. Two recent passport size photographs should be attached with the application form.
5. Mark page numbers on the top right-hand corner of each page and mention the total number of pages in the application form.
6. Bring original documents/certificates on the day of the written test for verification.
7. The position is district-specific and non-transferable.

Additional Information:

• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the written test.
• Number of posts may vary.
• Civil Surgeon, Panchkula can assign duties within the district as needed.
• Selected candidates must prove medical fitness and have no pending court cases or police inquiries.
• This contract does not entitle candidates to claim for regularization of services.
• Any candidate found with false documents at any stage will face immediate termination.
