Job Description:
- Identify and manage all project-related issues and work with appropriate enabling functions for prompt resolution.
- Schedule and chair weekly/bi-weekly progress updates, record meeting notes, and follow up on action items to ensure projects are running on track.
- Work with cross-functional teams and manage project operations smoothly with minimal supervision.
- Maintain revenue and resource utilization trackers and provide monthly summaries.
