Job Title: Pharmacist (ECHS Polyclinic Rajkot)

Contract Duration: 1 year, renewable for an additional year based on performance and other conditions.

Minimum Qualification:

• B.Pharmacy from a recognized institute OR
• (i) 10+2 with science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) from a recognized board AND (ii) Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India and registered as a pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 03 years of experience.

• Applications in the prescribed format along with self-attested photocopies of testimonials supporting educational qualifications, work experience, and medical fitness certificate from an authorized government hospital (for civilian candidates) or from a military hospital (for ex-servicemen) should be submitted to OIC ECHS Cell, Station PATIALA by 23rd July 2024 in duplicate.
• Any application received after 1400 hrs on 23rd July 2024 will not be accepted.

Interview Details:

• Tentative Interview Date: 07th August 2024 (firm date will be communicated telephonically)
• Timing: 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs
• Venue: ECHS Cell Stn HQ Patiala
• Candidates must reach the venue by 0845 hrs.

• Medical fitness certificate duly signed by the CMO of a civil government hospital or SEMO of a military hospital
• 02 passport size color photographs
