Job Description
Roche is seeking an enthusiastic and multitasking candidate for the Manager of Clinical Operations role. The position involves local strategic planning and operational delivery of clinical studies through all phases of study management (preparation, study start-up, conduct, close-out). The candidate will manage local vendors in accordance with Roche quality standards, all applicable regulations, timelines, and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all assigned studies at the country level (Global and local studies) in accordance with the overall project plan.
- Manage and maintain accurate country/study level plans (timelines, budget, resource, risk, and quality plans) in the appropriate Roche planning system.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, Indian regulations, and Roche quality standards.
- Provide technical expertise in clinical operations and vendor management.
Candidate Profile
- Education: University degree or equivalent; professional qualification preferably in a medical/science-related field. Pharmaceutical medicine training is highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Clinical Research industry with at least 5 years in Clinical Operations.
- Skills: Knowledge of ICH-GCP, Indian Regulations, multiple therapy area knowledge, technical expertise in clinical operations, and vendor management.
- Attributes: Strives for excellence and extraordinary results.
