Emoluments: Rs. 55,000/- per month

Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences with a minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical trial monitoring or clinical site coordinator experience.
Master’s Degree/PG Diploma in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Public Health, Healthcare, or related disciplines with a minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical trial monitoring or clinical site coordinator experience.
Preferred: MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BPT with experience as mentioned above.

Skills Required

Basic knowledge and application of GCP and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good command of English.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective time management and ability to manage competing priorities.

Job Profile

Conduct monitoring visits for assigned trial protocols and sites.
Ensure trial is conducted in accordance with protocol, SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
Perform site monitoring from initiation to closeout, ensuring compliance with GCP/GCLP and regulations.
Execute quality functions and programs in clinical operations and laboratory settings.
Administer protocol and trial training to sites, maintaining communication to manage project expectations and issues.
Provide training and assistance to junior clinical staff.
Create and maintain documentation regarding site management and monitoring visits.
Manage study progress by tracking submissions, approvals, recruitment, CRF completion, and data query resolution.
Verify data consistency with participant clinical notes.
Write monitoring visit reports and collate trial documentation.
Evaluate trial site practices and escalate quality issues as needed.
Collaborate with Clinical Portfolio Management and other departments.

Short-term position, extendable based on performance and project tenure.

Educational, professional, and technical qualifications must be from recognized institutions.
Experience specified must be post-qualification.
Age limit, qualification, experience, and other requirements may be relaxed at the discretion of the competent authority.
Age relaxations: SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PWBD (UR – 10 years, OBC – 13 years, SC/ST – 15 years), Central Government servants (up to 5 years), Ex-servicemen (extent of service + 3 years).
Results will be published on the website and future communications will be via email.
Screening may limit the number of candidates based on higher/relevant qualifications and experience.
