Salary: Rs. 45,000 per month (Consolidated)
Contract: Initially for two years/one year, renewable subject to satisfactory performance

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities under the Price Monitoring & Resource Society Unit.
• Oversee and manage tasks related to the enforcement of the Drugs and Cosmetics Acts, 1940.
• Collaborate with the State Drug Control Directorate.

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy from an institute approved by Pharmacy Council of India/AICTE.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a registered institution in the manufacturing or testing of drugs, or in enforcement of the provisions of the Drugs and Cosmetics Acts, 1940, sale of drugs, marketing of drugs, or drugs research laboratory.

Desirable:

• Master in Pharmacy/Masters in Pharmaceutical Technology (M.Tech)/Master of Science in Pharmacy.

Age Limit:

• As on 01.01.2024: Minimum 21 years, Maximum 40 years

Selection Process:

• Total Marks: 100
• Evaluation:
  • Bachelor in Pharmacy: Maximum 60 marks (Proportionate marking: % of marks obtained in the exam * 60/100)
  • Master in Pharmacy/Masters in Pharmaceutical Technology (M.Tech) / Master of Science in Pharmacy: Maximum 10 marks (Proportionate marking: % of marks obtained in the exam * 10/100)
  • Experience: Maximum 15 marks (3 marks for each completed year of experience beyond the essential experience, up to a maximum of 15 marks)
  • Interview: Maximum 15 marks
