Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the technology transfer of pharmaceutical formulations from R&D to manufacturing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs.
Develop and implement technology transfer protocols and documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the transfer process.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Provide technical support and training to the manufacturing teams.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of technology transfer activities.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in technology transfer within the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in Technology Transfer and Project Management is essential.
