Job Description
Primary Responsibilities: Call Handlers
- Handle voicemails, inbound, and outbound calls for Adverse Events (AEs), Product Complaints (PCs), Medical Inquiries (MIs), and non-standard inquiries.
- Prepare source documents for the same.
- Handle spontaneous and solicited reports, including identification of Adverse Events, Product Complaints/Medical Device complaints, legal complaints, product information, Medication errors, and Special case scenarios.
Secondary Responsibilities: Quality Reviewers
- Conduct quality reviews for all source documents prepared by the MICC associates.
- Identify errors and document them in the quality review tool on a daily basis.
- Maintain daily productivity and quality trackers.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in a Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) or any other relevant experience in Pharmacovigilance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Night Shifts: 09:00 PM – 06:00 AM.
- Location: Begumpet (beside Prakash Nagar Metro Station), Hyderabad.
- Looking for Immediate Joiners.
